Version 1 · effective 2026-04-19

Mint Casino Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms govern the relationship between Mint Casino (operated under the Anjouan gaming license) and the Affiliate. By creating an affiliate account you represent that (a) you are at least 18 years old and (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your country of residence.

2. Eligibility

Mint Casino accepts affiliate applications from individuals and entities worldwide subject to the prohibitions in §9. Affiliates must not be residents of, incorporated in, or acting on behalf of players located in any Prohibited Territory listed in §9. Any misrepresentation of eligibility constitutes material breach under §32.3.

3. Program Overview

The Mint Casino Affiliate Program (the "Program") is operated by Bankroll, the entity running Mint Casino under the Anjouan gaming license. Participation grants Affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to promote Mint Casino and earn commissions on qualifying referred player activity as defined in the commission schedule published at partners.mintcasino.com.

4. Account Registration

To participate in the Program you must register at partners.mintcasino.com, provide accurate information, and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout participation. Bankroll reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

5. Commission Structure

Commission rates, tier thresholds, and payout schedules are published in the Affiliate Dashboard at partners.mintcasino.com. Bankroll may update commission terms on 30 days' written notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

6. KYC and Identity Verification

Bankroll requires identity verification before releasing payouts above program-defined thresholds. Affiliates must submit requested documentation within 14 calendar days of request. Failure to complete verification will result in payout suspension until verification is complete.

7. Payout Terms

Payouts are processed on the schedule published in the Affiliate Dashboard. Minimum payout thresholds apply. Bankroll reserves the right to withhold payouts pending investigation of suspected violations of these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates may not engage in: paid search bidding on "Mint Casino" branded keywords without prior written approval; promotion via spam or unsolicited communications; self-referral or collusion with referred players; incentivising players to violate Mint Casino player terms; making false or misleading claims about Mint Casino, its games, or odds; promoting to minors or to residents of Prohibited Territories.

9. Prohibited Territories

Affiliate may not target traffic from, or promote the Program in, any of the following jurisdictions. Commissions earned on traffic originating from these territories will be voided (§9.2). Bankroll's player-side geo-block enforces a subset of this list at registration; this clause extends the obligation to your promotional activities.

§9.2 Any commissions attributable to player sessions originating from a Prohibited Territory will be voided retroactively. Bankroll's determination of player origin is final.

10. Sub-Affiliates

Sub-affiliate arrangements require prior written approval from Bankroll. Approved sub-affiliate rates are published in the Affiliate Dashboard. Affiliates remain responsible for ensuring their sub-affiliates comply with these Terms in full.

11. Intellectual Property

Bankroll grants Affiliates a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use Mint Casino trademarks, logos, and creative assets solely for Program promotion in accordance with the brand guidelines at partners.mintcasino.com. Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works of brand assets without prior written approval.

12. Chargebacks and Fraud

§12.1. Affiliates must not knowingly refer players using fraudulent payment instruments or stolen identities.

§12.2. If a referred player issues a chargeback, reverses a deposit, or is found to have used fraudulent or stolen payment instruments, Mint Casino reserves the right to recover any commissions previously paid in connection with that player from future affiliate payouts, up to and including offsetting the full amount against later earnings.

13. Player Account Closure

§13.1. Commissions are earned only on players whose accounts are and remain in good standing.

§13.10. No commission shall be payable on any player account that is closed for any reason (voluntary self-exclusion, fraud investigation, regulatory action, or operator-initiated closure). Prior payouts on that account may be subject to clawback per §12.2.

14. Compliance with Applicable Law

Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards in every jurisdiction where they operate. Bankroll does not warrant that participation in the Program is legal in your jurisdiction.

15. Data Protection

Affiliates must handle any player personal data received through the Program in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Affiliates may not use player data for any purpose other than Program-related promotion without separate written consent from the individual.

16. Confidentiality

Commission rates, payout schedules, and any non-public Program information shared by Bankroll are confidential. Affiliates may not disclose this information to third parties without Bankroll's prior written consent.

17. Term and Termination

Either party may terminate participation on 14 days' written notice. Bankroll may terminate immediately on material breach. On termination, Affiliates must cease all promotion of Mint Casino immediately. Accrued commissions for confirmed eligible activity prior to termination will be paid on the next scheduled payout date, subject to any clawback rights.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bankroll's total liability to any Affiliate under these Terms is limited to commissions paid in the three calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Bankroll is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

19. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bankroll, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs arising from the Affiliate's breach of these Terms or from the Affiliate's promotional activities.

20. Amendments

Bankroll may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Affiliates via the email address on file with at least 30 days' notice. Continued participation after the effective date of amendments constitutes acceptance.

21. Anti-Money Laundering

Affiliates must not knowingly facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Program. Bankroll reserves the right to file Suspicious Activity Reports and cooperate fully with law enforcement without notice to the Affiliate.

22. OFAC and Sanctions Compliance

Affiliates represent and warrant they are not named on, and do not act on behalf of any person named on, the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals list or any equivalent sanctions list. Any affiliate found to be on a sanctions list will be immediately terminated and all accrued commissions forfeited.

23. Responsible Gambling

Affiliates may not target vulnerable persons, problem gamblers, or self-excluded individuals in their promotional content. Affiliates must include responsible gambling messaging and links to relevant support organisations in all primary promotional materials.

24. Advertising Standards

All promotional content must be accurate, substantiated, and not misleading. Affiliates must clearly identify promotional content as advertising where required by applicable law or platform policy.

25. Referral Code Usage

Each Affiliate is assigned a unique referral code. Affiliates may not create or use unauthorised referral codes, share codes with other affiliates for cross-crediting, or otherwise manipulate the referral attribution system.

26. Broad Recovery Right

§26.5. Mint Casino may recover any amounts paid to the Affiliate in error, in violation of these Terms, or in connection with unlawful activity, by offset, demand, or legal action.

27. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental action, internet outages, or changes in applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the commission schedule and brand guidelines published at partners.mintcasino.com, constitute the entire agreement between Bankroll and the Affiliate with respect to the Program, and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and agreements.

29. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

30. Waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

31. Assignment

Affiliates may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these Terms without Bankroll's prior written consent. Bankroll may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

32. Block and Withhold

§32.3. Upon reasonable suspicion of material breach, Mint Casino may immediately block the Affiliate's account and withhold all accrued and future commissions pending investigation. Nothing in this §32.3 limits Mint Casino's rights under §12.2 or §26.5.

40. Promotional Standards and Copy Discipline

The following language is prohibited in any affiliate-produced content referring to Mint Casino, its programs, or the Affiliate Program itself: passive income, network marketing, downline, build your team, investment, ROI, yield, risk-free, guaranteed returns. Violations of this section constitute material breach under §32.3.

Affiliates may not represent participation in the Program as a guaranteed source of income, a multi-level marketing opportunity, or a financial instrument of any kind. Promotional content must accurately represent the nature of affiliate marketing and the risks inherent in gambling products.

50. Right to Audit and Traffic-Source Proof

Mint Casino reserves the right to demand documentation of how any traffic was generated — including but not limited to source URLs, creative copies, landing-page screenshots, media-buy receipts, and audience targeting parameters. Affiliate shall produce such documentation within seven (7) calendar days of written request. Failure to comply constitutes material breach under §32.3.

99. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Union of Comoros (Anjouan jurisdiction). Disputes shall be resolved under Mint Casino's internal arbitration process or, failing that, the courts of Anjouan.
