1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Bankroll (the “Service”), an online gaming platform operated by Bankroll Ltd., a company organized under the laws of the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan) and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Authority. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, AML / KYC Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Bankroll.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Service.
Residents of certain jurisdictions are not permitted to use the Service, including but not limited to the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Curaçao, the Union of the Comoros (including Anjouan), and any jurisdiction subject to FATF sanctions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all laws applicable to you.
3. Account Registration
You may only register one account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your date of birth, email address, and self-declared country of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bankroll is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been created with false information, is being used in breach of these Terms, or is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must be made in your own name using a payment method that belongs to you. Bankroll accepts cryptocurrency deposits via NOWPayments and fiat on-ramp via MoonPay. The minimum deposit is $15 USD equivalent. Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet or account used for deposit wherever possible.
Before processing your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) through our partner Sumsub. See our AML / KYC Policy for details. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds evidence, to comply with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
5. Game Rules & House Edge
All games offered on the Service are provably fair. Outcomes are determined server-side using cryptographically secure random number generation and a published hash-seed-nonce scheme that allows you to independently verify every result.
Bankroll reserves a house edge of 1–5% across its games. Specific RTPs are published on each game page. The house edge represents the long-run mathematical advantage of the operator and does not guarantee any particular short-term outcome. Gambling involves risk, and you should never wager funds you cannot afford to lose.
Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and maximum payouts are displayed on each individual game page and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses, free plays, and promotional credits are offered at the sole discretion of Bankroll and are subject to additional terms, including wagering requirements and maximum cashout caps. Attempting to abuse bonus offers through multi-accounting, collusion, or low-variance “bonus hunting” strategies will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
7. Responsible Gaming
Bankroll is committed to responsible gaming. We offer voluntary player-set limits on deposits, losses, and session duration, as well as self-exclusion options ranging from one week to permanent. See our Responsible Gaming Policy for the full list of tools and external support resources. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed by support under any circumstances.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or placed the Service at legal or reputational risk. On termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to KYC verification and AML clearance.
9. Disputes
Any dispute between you and Bankroll must first be submitted to our support team for internal review. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within fourteen (14) days, it may be escalated to the Anjouan Gaming Authority’s alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process. 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Union of the Comoros (Anjouan), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any claim not resolved through the dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan.
